Here’s What I Need From You:

1. Be Consistent
Stay committed to your program by completing your tailored workouts, logging your progress, and sticking to your nutrition plan. Consistency is key!

2. Stay on Track with Weekly Check-Ins
Submit your weekly check-ins on time, including progress photos and biofeedback updates. This helps me adjust your program and keep you on track for your goals.

3. Open Communication
Got questions, concerns, or feedback? Reach out anytime via email or the app messaging system. I aim to reply within 24-48 hours during weekdays (Monday to Friday).

4. Form Feedback
Submit videos of your key lifts (e.g., squats, deadlifts, push-ups) so I can provide detailed form corrections and keep your training safe and effective.

5. Be Honest with Your Feedback
I value your input! Let me know how the program is working for you and share any challenges so we can collaborate and adjust as needed.

6. Commitment to Scheduling
If you need to reschedule your foundational coaching call or any other live session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

7. Track and Measure Your Progress
Use the recommended apps to log your workouts, track calories, and record biofeedback. This information is essential for ensuring your program remains effective and tailored to your goals.

8. Share Your Wins
I love celebrating your successes! Share your progress and results (before-and-after photos, testimonials, etc.) with me. Any use of photos will be discussed and only shared with your consent.

9. Termination Notice
If you decide to end your coaching journey, one month’s notice is required. This allows me to finalise your program and set you up for continued success independently.

10. Cancellation Policy:
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Exceptions can be made for medical emergencies with appropriate documentation.
